PAYMENT
Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, PayPal or Twint.

DELIVERY

Shallow Seas offers a flat rate shipping fee of chf 7.50 for all items.

​

Delivery is only within Switzerland. Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

​

All shipments are uninsured and at the risk of the customer. 

​

RETURNS

Because my items are handmade, there may be slight imperfections. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you have received, please email me within 10 days of the shipping date to let me know and we will work together to find a solution.

 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

The customer bears any return costs.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation is only possible before delivery. Custom orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started.
